Allana played for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then was injured repeatedly to her knees that caused Allana onto the sidelines. The Australian returned to the soccer after a few years. Allana played her first women's rugby league game in 2015 and played in the game for New South Wales against Queensland. Allana can also be found on radio on her resume, making regular appearances with the 2GB's highest-rated Continuous Call Team. Allana holds a professional teaching certification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos player and a qualified teacher outside of sport, has represented Australia three times in touch football, in rugby league and also rugby sevens. Allana Ferguson is a Jillaroos footballer as well as a rugby league player for Australia's Jillaroos team, has had to put a premature end to her professional career within the game after tearing her ACL on a 4th occasion. Ferguson injured her ACL four times before she was 15, 17 and twenty. After the fourth time she was injured, her professional career was over. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and the fourth year player to be injured in the ACL, needed to quit early. Ferguson, the JILLAROOS' playmaker, announced that news in an interview with The Courier Mail this week following an injury sustained while training back in November.
